We price to the market, adjusting for season, weekends, local events, and how far out the date is. We review rates as the calendar fills so your cabin earns what it should without sitting empty.

What does co-hosting cost?

It depends on your cabin and how much help you want. After we learn about your property, we'll walk you through a simple proposal with no surprises.

Can I still use my cabin?

Of course. It's your cabin. Let us know the dates you want to keep, and we'll plan bookings around them.

We focus on the Blue Ridge, Ellijay, and Cherry Log area of North Georgia, where we know the market and have a local network of trusted resources.
